Haven is not only a functional art piece, but a testament to the power of sisterhood and the magic of connection and shared experiences. It's a fusion of functionality and soul expression, designed to serve as both a fashion statement and a meeting ground for women to share stories, laughter and support.

Haven is a collaboration with all the women I hold dear. I collected stories, symbolism, and imagery from the women in my life to help paint a picture of the divine female friendship.
Each and every element of this tapestry has a story and a conversation behind it.
Haven can be worn as a skirt, or it can serve as a meeting place for women to share laughter, stories and support
I wanted to honor the age-old art forms that have been historically undervalued and associated with femininity
This project was embroidered, crocheted, woven, hand-sewn, machine-sewn and adorned with beads
Each panel tells the abstract story of a woman’s life, coinciding with the phases of the moon
