“Creekstone Creations” Jewelry & Painting Set

PROCESS: For this product design studio, the objective was to create a sustainable product for the Firefly Handmade holiday market on Pearl street in Boulder.

We visited several creeks in the Boulder area and carefully selected stones to incorporate into our necklaces and earrings. I then painted views from these special places to show where the stones came from, giving them an extra personal and spiritual element.

Across the course of two days, our team sold over 30 units. It gave us all real-world experience in manufacturing, reproducing, marketing and selling desirable goods, and maintaining sustainable practices all the way through.
